Yes, With creating an account, it’s easier for you to process the order. Because you don’t have to fill in your personal data and address every time you shop. Also, you can get other benefits such as; discount notifications, and special offers

How do I get a SkyDenim.id account

You can register by clicking the “Account” icon at the top right of this website page. And then fill your complete identity, please make sure the identity you register is correct, and then click the “Register” button

Can I change and/or cancel my ongoing order?

If you have yet made a payment, you can cancel it and then make another order. But, if you have already paid, your order cannot be canceled or changed

What if I receive the wrong product from what I have ordered?

If this happens, you can contact our customer service to inform them of the mistaken product and arrange an exchange based on the right order

Can a product that has been purchased be returned?

Purchased product can be returned after a time period of 30 days from the day you received the product, with the reason that you received a damaged product or size doesn’t fit (as long as the product is still available)

DOES SKY DENIM HAS A PROTECTOR?

Yes, every Sky Denim pants has a knee and hip protector. Not to worry, every protector is removable and easy to remove and apply

MY HEIGHT IS ABOVE THE AVERAGE PEOPLE, AM I SUITABLE TO WEAR SKY DENIM?

Sky Denim is designed to accommodate height difference, with the stretchy material and adjustable knee protector pocket makes it possible for you to adjust the position to fit your knee and part of your shinbone

DO YOU MAKE SKY DENIM FOR WOMEN OR KIDS?

No, currently we don’t produce Sky Denim specify for women or kids, but there is type of Sky Denim that can be wear for both women and men (unisex). Example: Sky Denim Frodo, is wearable for women (you can adjust it with the size of your own jeans so it fits nicely)

WHAT IS STRETCH PANEL?

Stretch panel is an elastic material in some part of Sky Denim pants, located in the knee and in the back behind the hips. Purposely to create a comfortability when you wear Sky Denim in your motorcycle, you still be able to move with ease even with a protector on

ARE SKY DENIM PANT WATERPROOF?

No, at this moment we are not yet providing a product with water resistance material

DO I NEED TO WEAR INNER SUIT WITH SKY DENIM?

No, you don’t need an inner suit, wearing Sky Denim is just the same as wearing basic jeans that you wear on a daily basis

CAN I PURCHASE REPLACEMENT PROTECTOR?

Yes, of course. You can purchase the protector separately if it is broken or lost

HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

First way, we will send you an email update for your transaction status including the shipment status

Second way, you can log in to your registered account on our website www.SkyDenim.id (if you sign up when you were ordering)

CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?

When a transaction has been done (checkout) we can’t change or cancel the ongoing order

Please contact our customer service info@SkyDenim.id as soon as possible after you find difficulty and need help. We will respond and find the best solutions for you

Don’t worry because we also offer easy warranty for product return/exchange

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will process your order on the same day of your transaction. The shipping usually takes about 2-3 working days with regular expeditions, and 1-2 working days with the faster expedition

After an order sent to the expedition, it becomes the responsibility of the expedition party. Delay or lateness shipping is out of our control

Apparel and gear can be returned/exchanged when new/unused within 30 days of receipt. product pants must be unhemmed, unaltered, and unused

Returned items can be exchanged for the same product. Any shipping charge incurred due to exchanges is the responsibility of the customer

Warranty

We guarantee the hardware on the item you are using. Don’t worry about buttons coming off, rivets coming off, or cracked leather patches.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Our base is in Indonesia. Located in Bandung city, West Java province

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Every national order Indonesia will be shipped via customer selected expedition (*Expedition list available on your checkout form)

International order will be shipped using POS, EMS, FEDEX, or DHL. (*Please keep in mind international shipping will take more time than regular shipping, usually takes 20-40 days to arrive)

HOW MUCH DOES SKY DENIM CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Every local order will get free shipping with a transaction above IDR 990,000. Below that amount, you will get regular charge based on product weight, distance, and selected expedition that you choose on the checkout

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE INDONESIA?

Yes, if there is a possible shipment available
